There are many ways you can start your search for a nanny, but working with Santa Fe Nannies makes sense. All of our nannies bring with them at least two years experience and/or are college educated. Some are bilingual and can teach your children a second language. All nannies go through a rigorous screening and background check process. There is nothing more important than the safety and security of having a trustworthy, professional caretaker for your family. We place Nannies, Babysitters, Mother's Helpers, Personal Assistants and Home Managers. These candidates are motivated by the desire to enrich your child's development and complement your family's goals.

Placement Process
Permanent Placements:
• Step 1: Fill out the Parent Registration Form.

• Step 2: Santa Fe Nannies will contact you to discuss your family's needs.

• Step 3: Santa Fe Nannies provides a selection of appropriate candidates. You will receive a file on each candidate, which includes a video, photo, reference check form and a detailed description of the candidate. Follow-up with your candidates with a phone interview, then conduct in-home interviews with your top choices. In addition, you may arrange a   one to five-day working interview. 

• Step 4: As soon as you make your final selection, contact Santa Fe Nannies so that your candidate will be removed from the interview process. Final hiring of your selected candidate will be contingent upon results from the seven-year background check. The agency fee is due on or before the provider's first day of work.


Temporary/Babysitting Placements: 
• Step 1: Fill out the Parent Registration Form.

• Step 2: We will begin searching for a candidate to best match your needs. You will receive a file on each candidate which includes a video, photo, reference check form and a detailed description of the candidate. Follow-up with your candidates with a phone interview, then you may conduct in-home interviews with your top choices.

 • Step 3: As soon as you make your final selection, contact Santa Fe Nannies and pay the temporary/babysitter placement fee to book your babysitter for your specific date.

We do not require advance notice; however, giving us 48 hours' notice helps us find the best candidate for you.
