Nanny's Hourly Rate:

The nanny is paid directly by the family. The average hourly rate for a nanny in New Mexico ranges from $10-$25 per hour; depending on location, duties, number of children and nanny's experience level. The hourly rate is decided by the family, however we do recommend the family offer a competitive rate to attract the best candidates.

Placement Fees:

Permanent Full-time Nanny                       (30+ hours/week)
10% of Nanny’s expected annual salary. This is a one time fee paid at the time we successfully place a nanny in your home. $1,500.00 minimum

Permanent Part-Time Nanny                      (up to 29 hours/week)
10% of Nanny’s expected annual salary. This is a one time fee paid at the time we successfully place a nanny in your home. $1,000 minimum

Temporary Full-time Nanny                        (6 months or less)
Flat fee of $1,000

Temporary Part-time Nanny                       (6 months or less)
 Flat fee of $750

Short-term Full-time Nanny                        (3 months or less)
Flat fee of $750    

Short-term Part-time Nanny                       (3 months or less)
Flat fee of $450

Our Guarantee to you!

Your single placement fee covers the placement of a nanny in your household. In the unforeseen event that your childcare provider does not work out within the first  6 MONTHS, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge for the remainder of the original contract.

Babysitting Memberships                  (10 hours or less per week)                   $350 unlimited access to all temporary and overnight nanny services for 6 months.

$500 unlimited access to all temporary and overnight nanny services for one year!

10% discount every consecutive year.
